Not much to report on 31463 this month but it’s progress.
We have cleaned the clean air compartment and around the generator.
Stripping paint on the brake frame has been completed and it has now been painted in primer.
The cooker that sits on top of the brake frame has been stripped down to remove the rust. Unfortunately it was found the bowl the heating element lives in is rotten beyond repair so we need to look into a repair or replacement.
A section of rotten steel has been cut out of the radiator tunnel, new angle steel welded in followed by new outer sink welded in.
