Since the roof section went on the boiler / radiator room we were aware that the fan very slightly brushes the inside of the fan cowling. 31463 Since our last update prep work for the roof sections to be reunited with the loco was completed and these have been refitted. Since our last update there has been lots of progress on 31463. On the engine various water hoses have been getting changed and one of the water pipes has been removed and repainted. Work remains focused on 31463, in the radiator compartment all faces where the radiator elements go were sanded flat where chemical metal was applied.
